According to this thought and mistake, Fārs people oppress and domineer others means Turkish speakers in Azarbayjan and other parts of Iran, Kurdish and Baluch tribesmen, Arab speakers in khouzestan and also Lurs and people of Gilan and Mazandaran and even Zoroastrians. This article tries to explain that such idea is basically incorrect and unfair. This misunderstanding comes from this fact that from long time ago - Achaemenid era- till now people have been living in Iran with different languages but these people have had the same government with formal and legal relations. From that time, this people have used official Persian language first in speech and verbal then, not only in speech and verbal but also in writing and have used it for their communication. In fact most of them have two mother tongue and are considered bilingual. It is not correct, we call those people who have one mother tongue “Fārs” and claim that Fāsrs people who do not have another mother tongue except Persian language are dominant on other people in this widespread part of the world, the area of Norouz culture.  }, keywords = {Mother tongue,Persian language,Achaemenid,Dariush I}, title_fa = {زبان پارسی و مردم فارس}, abstract_fa = {سوء‌تفاهمی در کار است که گروهی از ایرانیان را «فارس» می‌نامد. بنابر این برداشت و اشتباه، «مردم فارس» به کسانی دیگر، یعنی ترک زبان در آذربایجان و دیگر نقاط ایران، به اقوام کرد و بلوچ، عربی زبانان در خوزستان، و نیز ناگزیر لرها و مردمان گیلان  و مازندران، و حتی زرتشتیان اجحاف می‌کنند و ستمی روا می‌دارند. این مقاله می‌کوشد تا روشن سازد که اصلاً در بنیاد و اساس خود، چنین گمانی نادرست و ناروا است. این سو‌ءتفاهم از آن برمی‌خیزد که در ایران از دیرباز، از روزگار هخامنشیان، اقوامی مختلف، با زبانهایی مختلف می‌زیسته‌اند و می‌زیند، که حکومتی واحد، و دولتی مشترک، با روابط رسمی و قانونی فراگیر داشته‌اند و دارند. این مردم از همان زمان، زبان رسمی فارسی را، ابتدا در گفتار و کاربرد شفاهی، و سپس هم بصورت شفاهی و گفتاری، و هم بصورت نوشتاری به کار برده‌اند و از آن بسانِ ابزاری ارتباطی بهره جسته‌اند. از این جهت، در واقع شمار بسیاری از اینان دارای دو زبان مادری‌اند و دو زبانه به شمار می‌روند. درست نیست اگر آنان را که فقط یک زبان مادری دارند، سهواً «فارس» بنامیم و ادّعا کنیم که « مردم فارس» بواسطة نداشتن زبان مادری دیگری جز «زبان پارسی» بر دیگر مردم در این خطّة وسیع از جهان، و به اصطلاح در حوزة فرهنگ نوروز، به دیگران اجحاف و ستمی روا می‌دارند.  }, keywords_fa = {زبان مادری,زبان پارسی,هخامنشیان,داریوش اول}, url = {https://www.aclr.ir/article_249216.html}, eprint = {https://www.aclr.ir/article_249216_95f70e613e2e90d498b9444aae7edc27.pdf} }
